FAQ
How long is it valid?
12 months from the date it was bought. The date is printed on the card.
What if the product costs more than the card?
No problem: the card amount is taken off and the rest is paid at checkout.
What if the product costs less?
No balance is lost: whatever is left over is emailed to you as a new gift code, valid until the same date. Use it on your next product.
I lost the code.
Reply to the gift-card email or write to info@digitalking.io with the buyer's email address and we'll resend it.
Can I get cash back?
No, gift cards can't be exchanged for cash.
