Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use digitalking.io or buy, download or access any Digital King product, including e-books, PDF guides, templates, toolkits and the Digital King Club. By buying or using our products you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not buy or use them.
1. Who we are
Digital King is operated by Atiye Consulting LLC ("we", "us"). Contact: info@digitalking.io.
2. Educational purposes only, no professional advice
All our products, videos, posts and emails are for educational and informational purposes only. We are not licensed financial advisors, investment advisors, accountants, tax advisors or lawyers, and nothing we provide is financial, investment, tax, accounting or legal advice.
Before you make financial, tax, legal or business decisions, talk to a qualified professional who knows your situation. You alone are responsible for the decisions you make and their results.
3. No guarantee of results
We do not promise, predict or guarantee that you will earn any money by using our products. Any example, idea or figure we mention is for illustration only and is not typical. Results depend entirely on your own effort, skills, time, budget, niche and market conditions. Please read our Earnings Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
4. Your license: personal use, single user
When you buy a product you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for one person to use it for their own personal use or for their own business. You do not buy the content itself. All content remains the intellectual property of Atiye Consulting LLC and is protected by copyright.
You may not:
- copy, share, upload, forward or publish our files or their contents, in whole or in part;
- share your download links, Gumroad library or Club access with anyone else;
- resell, rent, sublicense, give away or bundle our products, or present them as your own;
- use our content to create a competing product or course, or to train AI models;
- remove or change copyright notices or branding.
You may use templates, prompts and the results you create with them in your own content and business.
If you break these rules, your license ends immediately and without a refund, we may block your access to all products and the Club, and we may take legal action, including claims for damages.
5. Purchases, payment and delivery
Purchases are processed by Gumroad, which acts as the seller of record, handles payment and applicable taxes, and delivers your files by email and in your Gumroad library. Prices are shown in US dollars. Digital products are delivered instantly after payment.
6. Digital King Club (subscription)
The Club renews automatically each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your Gumroad account and keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
7. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Please read it before you buy.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any financial loss, lost profits or income, business failure, account bans or restrictions on third-party platforms, data loss, or any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products, strategies, prompts, templates or recommendations.
Third-party tools and platforms we mention (for example AI tools, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Gumroad or ManyChat) are not controlled by us. Their rules, prices and features can change at any time, and you use them at your own risk and under their own terms.
In any case, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory rights as a consumer in your country.
9. Products provided "as is"
We work hard to keep our content accurate and up to date, but we provide it "as is", without warranties of any kind, and AI tools and platforms change quickly. We may update, improve or withdraw products at any time.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. The version in force when you buy applies to that purchase. If a translation differs from the English version, the English version prevails. Questions: info@digitalking.io.
