This policy explains what personal data Digital King (digitalking.io) collects, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short and collect as little as possible.
Who we are
Digital King is operated by Atiye Consulting LLC ("we", "us"). For any privacy question or request, email info@digitalking.io.
What we collect
- Your email address and preferred language, when you sign up for the free 75 AI Money Prompts or our emails.
- Purchase details (name, email, what you bought) when you buy a product. Payments are handled by Gumroad; we never see your full card details.
- Messages you send us, for example by email or Instagram direct message.
- Basic technical data (such as IP address and browser type) that our hosting provider processes to deliver and protect the website.
How we use it
- To send you the free download and a short series of emails with tips and offers (you can unsubscribe at any time).
- To deliver products you buy, provide access and answer support questions.
- To keep the website secure and working.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.
Legal basis
We send marketing emails only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Purchases are processed to fulfil our contract with you. Security and basic site operation rely on our legitimate interest in running a safe website.
Services we use
- Brevo (France, EU): stores email subscribers and sends our emails.
- Gumroad (USA): checkout, payments, tax and product delivery.
- Cloudflare: website hosting and security.
- Google Fonts: loads the fonts used on this site (your browser connects to Google).
- Instagram / Meta and ManyChat: if you comment or message us on Instagram, including automatic replies.
Some of these providers are located outside your country, including in the USA. Where required, they protect transfers with safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Browser storage
The website saves two small items in your browser's local storage: your language choice and whether you already signed up, so we don't ask you again. They are not used for tracking and you can clear them in your browser at any time.
Advertising and tracking pixels
This website does not currently use advertising pixels or tracking cookies. If we start using tools such as the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel, Google Ads or Analytics tags or the TikTok Pixel to measure our ads and show our offers again to people who visited us (retargeting), we will ask for your consent first through a cookie banner and update this policy before we do so. You will be able to refuse or withdraw consent at any time.
Social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube, and our checkout provider Gumroad, may use their own cookies and pixels when you use their services, for example to show you ads. They do this under their own privacy policies, and you can manage it in their settings.
How long we keep data
We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Purchase records are kept as long as the law requires for tax and accounting purposes.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, receive a copy of it, and withdraw consent at any time. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. To exercise any right, email info@digitalking.io. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
Our content and products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
