Refund Policy
All our products are digital downloads delivered instantly. Please read this policy before you buy. It is also linked next to every "Buy" button.
30-day conditional money-back guarantee
We want you to use what you buy. If you work through a product and it does not help you, you can ask for a refund within 30 days of purchase, if you meet all of these conditions:
- you email info@digitalking.io from the email used for the purchase, within 30 days, with your Gumroad receipt or order number;
- you show that you actually used the product: tell us which sections, prompts or templates you applied and share what you created with them (for example a screenshot, a filled-in worksheet or checklist, or a draft post);
- you briefly explain why it did not work for you;
- it is your first refund request with Digital King.
When we do not give refunds
- requests made more than 30 days after purchase;
- requests without proof that the product was used, for example "downloaded and changed my mind";
- bundles such as the King Vault or King Bundle after more than one included kit has been downloaded and used;
- repeat refund requests or a pattern of buying and refunding;
- products bought during a discount or giveaway marked "final sale";
- chargebacks opened without contacting us first.
Digital King Club
You can cancel the Club at any time in your Gumroad account and keep access until the end of the paid period. We refund only the most recent payment, only if you ask within 14 days of that payment and have not downloaded that month's drops. Earlier payments are not refundable.
Free products
Free products, such as the 75 AI Money Prompts, cost nothing. If you chose to pay for a pay-what-you-want product, you may ask for a refund within 30 days.
After a refund
When a refund is approved, your license ends: you must delete all copies of the files, and your access to the product or Club is removed. Approved refunds are paid through Gumroad to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
Your legal rights
Digital content is delivered immediately. By completing your purchase you ask for immediate delivery and accept that, where the law allows, you lose any statutory right of withdrawal once the download starts. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights in your country, for example if a file is faulty or not as described. In that case contact us and we will fix it or refund you.
